Use an up-to-date browser. I try to test in the most common browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge. There are many combinations of devices and browsers, and it is hard for me to test them all. If you're having trouble, it's always a good idea to check if the trouble occurs in another browser. You may need to update your browser or clear your cache.
StudyBass should work on most operating systems without issue. If you experience a problem in multiple browsers on the same device, you might try updating the device's OS (especially iOS).

User Account Help
Confirming Your Account
After registering a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided. Check your spam folder and different tabs your email provider may have put the email in.
Some email providers throttle or delay emails. Sometimes they outright block them. Hotmail, Outlook and other Microsoft emails often get fussy with the automated emails. If it has been more than 6 or 7 hours, you may have to contact me to help you confirm your account.
My Confirmation Link Didn't Work
You may have clicked the confirmation link twice by accident. Try logging in and see if your account is now enabled.
It's possible the link format was broken in your email. Try to copy and paste the confirmation link instead of clicking it.
