Thanks for supporting StudyBass! Here are some answers to common questions for StudyBass members:

How do I access my member features?

You can access features such as the Practice Session and Jam Session from the top right menu on the website.

StudyPack features, such as longer audio tracks and alternate audio tracks, are automatically enabled for your account. You can access the extra tracks by clicking the dropdown menu found on each exercise.

How do I upgrade my membership from monthly to annual?

Please contact StudyBass for help with this.

How do I update my credit card or manage payments for my membership?

StudyBass does not handle any credit card information and cannot update it for you. You must update your information on PayPal.

You can manage your recurring membership profile through PayPal:

1. Log in to your PayPal account.

2. Go to your Profile, and click "My money".

3. Update your agreement in the "My preapproved payments" section.

How do I cancel my membership?

You can cancel at any time. Use the cancel button on the my membership page; cancel on, or contact me to help.
